Boarding and finishing to Level 4 and Level 5. Fire-rated and sound-rated assemblies, bulkheads, ceilings — installed to the wall-type schedule, not around it.
Steel Stud Framing
Partitions, furring, and framing details set straight and plumb — the walls behind the walls.
Insulation
Sound batts placed with the partition. One sub, one mobilization, no gaps between trades.
Stucco & EIFS
The trade we come from. Exterior stucco and EIFS systems through our plastering heritage.
Plaster & Finishing
Skim coats, repairs, and Level 5 surfaces where the light is unforgiving.
